Description
I have an app and it works really well.
There is a few small bugs that need to be squashed. I also need a new functionality added.
The End User should be able to rotate the background image by using two fingers and rotating. There should also be a LOCK/UNLOCK state to allow image rotation, zooming, etc.
In the locked state, nothing can be done. The Unlocked state will allow the user to rotate, or zoom in/out the background image.
This is a simple bug fix and shouldn't take too long.
