Looking to develop a multi-user contest engine. This script will allow businesses to run contests to generate leads and customers. This site will allow multiple user admins to run their own contests and voting.

All individual accounts will be tied together under a unified back end that will allow the site owner to administer the individual accounts.

Individual contest pages should allow for customization of the header and footer so the contest can blend into the individual websites design. 

The individual admin areas should allow for the exporting of registration data in various formats (excel, csv, txt, pdf, etc) and allow for entry moderation. Registration information should be customizable for each user. For example, name, email, phone or any other required contact information fields can be determined by each individual.

Site administrator should be able to create contest user accounts, select contest style and have an interface to customize the header and footer of the contest pages as well as other style elements.

Contest participants will receive email notification of the contest winner as well as have the ablility to email friends to solicit votes (refer-a-friend).
