We would like to have built for us a basic web based administration page that we can quickly allocate new sandboxes to potential developers who want to work on quick contracts for our projects.&nbsp;<br/>Allocating a sandbox should do the following:<br/>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; * create a user account with unique name and password<br/>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; * checkout the latest code for the developer to work on<br/>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; * setup a dedicated web URL where the developer can work and test their own code<br/>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; * provide developer a dedicated FTP site where they can access their local sandbox.<br/>Developer should also have a dedicated web dashboard that will have the following features:<br/>&nbsp;* instructions for accessing their dedicated web instance, ssh, ftp, mysql, svn, etc.<br/>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; * a web ui for subversion with the following features:<br/>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; o checking in their code<br/>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; o diff their code<br/>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; o update their sandbox with latest code (a merge from trunk)<br/>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; o info on any files that may have changed on them while they were working
