Creation of a flash navigation bar.
Navigation menu items:
1. Keep the same tabular appearance as that on http://www.telehealthcare.com .
2. Colors need reversing. Dark blue menu items with white text. Mouse over creates white menu item with blue text.
3. 3D shading effect needed on menu items:
Sub-menu items:
1. Drop-down sub-menus. Dynamic (XML driven).
2. Sub-menu text items will appear overlapped then expand down. Please see example at http://activeden.net/item/horizontal-submenu-v2/full_screen_preview/46068 .
3. Items will also fade in while expanding (looks less jumbled).
4. Looking for professional, soft and sleek effect.
