I am seeking an experienced Blackberry application developer to help us create a simple application which will send GPS data to a remote server at specified intervals. There will be no GUI for this application and its only purpose is to run in the background. This application must meet the following requirements:<br/>1) It should automatically run in the background upon OS startup<br/>2) It should be run at specified intervals of time, e.g every 5 or 10 minutes. If no internet connection is available it should return to sleep.&nbsp;<br/>3) It should post GPS data in XML form to an external server via HTTP POST<br/>4) I must have the ability to compile the application and libraries independently of the developer.
