I have .PSD layouts for 14 simple straight forward HTML/CSS pages.
On 1 page a contact form is needed and needs to be made active.
On three other pages I need Lightbox/Java pop-ups.
All roll over buttons need to be linked.
The site needs to be browser compatible with all browsers.
