Hello all 

The purpose of the project is to create web-based chat platform (1 on 1 and public rooms) for website visitors.

chat should be scalable and stable with load balance technology that's will ensure real-time communication without any decreasing in running speed.

the chat will provide an easy user interface (design will be provided)  with next main features :

video - Users will be able to talk to each other by using a microphone .

Audio - Users will be able to talk with each other by using microphone

File transfer - Users will be able to share files,  docs .. etc..

We are looking only for candidates who have experienced with chat platforms , audio / video streaming , VOIP" title="voip projects outsourcing,voip software outsourcing">voip ..

We will approve only candidates that's already developed chat system in the past who have the main chat engine core  ready for use. (we dont want to start from scratch)

Candidate MUST provide live demonstration of chat system which developed by him.

We plan to pay fixed price for the chat system and to set a hour rate and working hours for modifications. 

please in your proposal also write your fixed price for the chat engine (core) and your hour rate for doing the modifications later . 

please do not refer to the fixed price (300$) written in the ad , its just for placing the ad on the board.
