Looking to build a relationship with a talented and driven flash developer.<br/>Our first project is the modification of a flash web site template we purchased.&nbsp; The template XML structure needs to be modified to support different colors of themes.&nbsp; This requires an additional set of XML nodes to be added for theme color settings.&nbsp; It also requires the actual FLA files to be modified to read those variables and update the template.&nbsp; Another small change needs to be made to the xml structure muting the background music of the template and hiding the music control.&nbsp;<br/>An example of this template can be seen at:<br/>http://activeden.net/item/supernova-xml-website/full_screen_preview/34552<br/>Or for a copy with the FLA source files please contact us.<br/>As you can see the template now carries an aqua green color for the menus, and the controls.&nbsp; We would like the menu colors, hover colors, and controls to have their colors loaded from the xml, and for the sound control on the bottom right to be invisible when music volume = 0.&nbsp; The fla source already has a mute function, certain layers need to be hidden based on xml.<br/><br/>This is an extremely small project.&nbsp; We no longer have an in house flash developer at our firm, and are very open to hiring talent from an offshore team, or independent contractor.<br/>Our preference is someone who speaks russian, preferably from Ukraine, (but not required)<br/>Also the following set of skills is very desirable to our company for future ongoing work:<br/><br/>This is our first project outsourcing to a non local candidate.<br/>Our hope is to find a talented developer pool with the following skillets that we can utilize for future projects:<br/>ASP.net (C# or VB.net)<br/>FLASH - Actionscript 2 &amp; Actionscript 3<br/>SQL, T-SQL<br/>CSS, Javascript, (specifically with Jquery)<br/>Additional expertise in the following would be great:<br/>Silverlight, WPF, WCF, LINQ, ORM, SmartClient Applications, Software architecture, and Email programming including (POP, IMAP, ICAL)
