I am looking for a Joomla developer who can assist me in setting up a new site. I want to start over with a new template, a few modules and components etc.. I need someone who is able to insert flash images and rotating banners. I need assistance finding the images. I have an expense management company which helps companies save money in areas such as: Telecom, Shipping, Energy, Printing, I.T. Credit Card processing.
