Description
I require a joomla expert to do the following:
1) code a joomla template from a css/xhtml template or a PSD
2) implement moneybookers payment gateway into an existing joomla component (already has paypal)
3) customize the look of the joomla component
4) create an affiliate function for that component
The component that needs to be customized is this job component here:

The new template and the component will have to be tweaked to perfection so the component will integrate perfectly into the new theme.
