<br/>Need:<br/><br/><br/>1) Young programmers not used to high income.<br/><br/><br/>2) Have a willingness to put lots of effort even when failure looks possible.<br/><br/><br/>3) Once built to remain on the project.<br/><br/><br/>4) Willingness to work and keep up-to-date on the evolving database world.<br/><br/><br/>5) Speak English.<br/><br/><br/>Building out a travel database with 50% of the linking complexity of Facebook. Profile updating, similar friend requesting setup, picture posting, etc. (Also there will be a sales machine section of the site which will be explained in the future. This is the "money" idea of the site.)<br/><br/><br/>Experience needed. Have had experience of building or assist in building a database site. Examples needed.<br/><br/><br/>Atmosphere of future company: causal, do noooo evil, treat humans as humans - not workers.<br/><br/>
