I am looking to work with a professional in joomla for the following. I'm not sure what I want to do with my community builder set up right now. What I do know that I want is a blog set up. I want my blog to appear on the page that my picture jumps to each day. So that my current blog would be on the page that the read more jumps to. I want this page to be the formal archive page as well. With a rock box of a few of the most recent blogs at the top, the most current blog highlighted, and then the side bars with the normal blog side bars, rss feed options. archieve, calendar, comments, you know, the usual. I need a spam filter so I don't get stupid comments from people. a comment - real person= check filter. I would also like my daily blogs to automatically fill in tweets and facebook page entries.

There are things in my site that need to be cleaned up = the demo content that is bugging. I want to delete all of that. I can't get the rock boxes to work right. If you can help me clean this up a bit so that it works like the demo = and just let me know where to put the content.

Can you do this to start. I know when I write it it sounds complex, but it really should be a simple job for an expert. I will pay $150 for the total request. I can fund right away and pay upon delivery, which hopefully could be in a few days. let me know. (ps- when doing the blog, you can copy old text from my wordpress blog - for the filler text.)

2. podcast, right now I have a podcast that is placed on an external podcast server. if there is an extension that does this really well and allows me to upload easily to itunes, then I would like to move it internally.

3. I want to build in the capture people's info - to make clear an opportunity on the front page to get a free "something" with the input of their name, email for my newsletter. I have constant contact, this could just be a form that goes to this source automatically.
