I need someone to build and design a fully-functioning website.&nbsp; The Website will be very similar to Campusfoods.com or SeamlessWeb.com.&nbsp; This will be an online platform in which users will be able to type in their address on the homepage, and then the website will use google maps to immediately locate all the restaurants in their area that deliver to them.&nbsp; the website will then show a list of restaurants that to deliver to the inputted address, and users wil have the ability to navigate through the restaurants' menus and select their food.&nbsp; once they have selected their food, they will then be able to pay for their food with a credit card through our site.&nbsp; the site will then send a fax to the restaurant's fax number, and the order will filled out.<br/>we have tried using a team from india, and their work has been very poor in quality and they have not met any of our deadlines.&nbsp; time is the most important aspect right now, because we have a competitor trying to develope the same thing.&nbsp; we need this project fully functioning and operable by february 22nd.
