I'm currently seeking someone to design a Printed Circuit Board Themed Joomla Template. I want some of the artwork on the template to resemble circuit boards, but I want this design to be cutting edge, corporate based/looking, and very professional. This must be totally customized, not based off some previous template either. I need the emphasis also on American, and Technology as the name focuses based around those things.
