I seek a web application developer who is capable of programming a special project. My idea is a backlink trading program so webmasters can buy and sell links. The program will utilize a points system.<br/>-Link buyers must buy points using Paypal which can be applied towards backlinks to their site. Increments of $25, $50, $100, $250, $500, $1000, and $2500<br/>-Link sellers are issued points based on the quantity and Google PR of their backlinks. These points can be exchanged for money via Paypal.<br/>-Each user will have to establish an account where they can buy or sell links. There will be 6 or so pages in each account. These pages will be: Buy Points/Credits, Place Links, Existing Links, Sell Links, Sold Links, and Instructions/Help.<br/>-Link Buyers<br/>They may create one or more link campaigns, but before links are placed they must buy points. A link campaign will include URL, Anchor Text, and desired Google PR. The links to their site are placed based on availability and their points decline accordingly. The links each have a point value based on Google PR and a 30 day cycle. So the buyer is entitled to as many links as their points will buy for 30 days. But points are deducted on a daily basis. If the buyer removes the links in under 30 days, the point balance should be current. The Existing Links page will reflect the links which are currently being bought along with information like Google PR, URL, Found Status, Point Value, Date Placed, and a Delete option.<br/>-Link Sellers<br/>Will have to install code on their webpages and a script in their root folder. The script will display links from the program. And there must be a spider which will confirm the placement of links on a daily basis. The links must pass Google Pagerank. As soon as the links are confirmed, they will start to accumulate points for the seller. The seller may trade their points for money via Paypal at anytime.<br/>-Administrator<br/>There will be an account for the administrator which will reflect:<br/>-All Users, searchable by username/account ID, Sortable by username/account ID<br/>-The administrator must be able to log into each user account this way and to modify accounts and possibly enforce controls.<br/>-Other statistics must be available to the administrator like: Total Users, Total Points Bought, Total Points Issued, Total Link Slots, and Total Links Placed/Found<br/>The HTML templates will not have to be styled by the applicant, we have the ability to do the styling.<br/>Applicant Must be experienced in web programming and working with the Google API.<br/>There are many other details which have not been covered in this description.
