We are seeking a developer to create a website for data collection purposes.  The databases are already created, we just need a front end. The screen shots are already done, you just need to follow them exactly.<br/>You will be responsible to create a customized data entry user interface. Including<br/>- Writing a data entry website in PHP with admin back-end<br/>- Provide public user interface for third part entry<br/>- Create User groups<br/>- Create statistics<br/>We are looking for an experienced, self-motivated, "exceptional" web developer with experience in developing innovative Internet applications.<br/>Candidate must have:<br/>    * Solid understanding of PHP, Apache and MySQL<br/>    * Strong algorithmic and data structure knowledge<br/>    * Experience/exposure with protocols such as AJAX, Usercake and Lib-Curl<br/>    * Good Communication Skills<br/>    * Experience with basecamp
