AVS – Customer Relationship Management
Front screen have the following options –
1. Add new lead and customer
2. Add new lead
3. Add new customer
4. Add new appointment
5. Add new project or task
6. List of leads
7. List of projects and tasks
8. List of customers
9. List of appointments
10. List of invoices
11. Generate invoice
12. View schedule
1. Add new lead and customer – Page includes a section to add a new customer and sales lead on the one page.
2. Add new lead – Pick a customer and fill out the details for the new lead.
3. Add new customer – A page to add a new customer.
4. Add new appointment – Pick a customer and fill out the details for the new appointment. Appointment is then added to schedule and list of appointments.
5. Add new project or task – The same as adding a lead but goes onto project list.
6. List of leads – A complete list of all leads with the following columns – lead number, customer name, phone number, lead summary and lead status.
It needs to have the option to sort the leads by lead number, customer name, date entered and lead status.
It needs to be able to filter by – active leads, inactive leads, lead status.
Default listing has active leads by date added.
7. List of projects and tasks – A complete list of all projects and tasks with the following columns – project number, customer name, phone number, project summary and project status.
It needs to have the option to sort the projects by project number, customer name, date entered, project status and priority.
It needs to be able to filter by – active projects, inactive projects, project status and priority.
Default listing has active projects by date added.
8. List of customers – A complete list of all customers with the following columns – customer number, customer name, phone number and email address.
It needs to have the option to sort the customers by customer number and customer name.
It needs to filter customers by – active customers and inactive customers.
Search customers by – customer id, customer name, website address, phone number, email address, city, state and/or country.
9. List of appointments – A general listing of all appointments.
By default, it lists every appointment coming up.
Ability to cancel appointments.
Link to add appointment.
Filter appointments by – today, tomorrow, this week, next week, this month, next month, last month, all previous appointments.
Sort appointments by – date, customer id, customer name, appointment type.
Search appointments – by customer id and customer name.
10. List of quotes – A listing of all quotes.
Default listing of unconfirmed quotes.
Modify quotes.
Option to send quote to customer, to accounts@avs.net.au or other email address.
Filter quotes for - confirmed or unconfirmed.
Change quote to invoice.
11. Generate quote – enter customer id, job summary, job description, total cost, turnaround time and confirmed or unconfirmed.
Option to send quote to customer, to accounts@avs.net.au or other email address.
12. List of invoices – A listing of all invoices.
Default listing of unpaid invoices.
Modify invoices.
Option to send invoice to customer, to accounts@avs.net.au or other email address.
Filter invoices for - paid or unpaid, currently outstanding, outstanding for more than one week, one month, two months, three months and six months.
13. Generate invoice – enter customer id, job summary, total cost, due date and paid or unpaid.
Option to send invoice to customer, to accounts@avs.net.au or other email address.
14. View schedule – Default page shows 7 day week with all tasks to be done each day. Tasks that have no specific time can be displayed at the top. Tasks with a specific time need to be listed at that particular time – like an appointment book.
Notes –
Successful leads are moved to the projects list.
Ability to change job profile from lead to project to appointment.
I will do all the beautification of the website. I just need the skeleton and functionality to be working.
Can email capture be added? I could send a copy of emails to crm@avs.net.au and the system adds the email to the specific customer correspondence log.

• Project status – Waiting for deposit, Waiting for content, Currently working on project, Finished – Waiting for payment, Finished – Project completed (mades project inactive).
• Appointment status – Active, Inactive.
• Budget (dollar amount) – textbox.
• Lead source – Google, Yahoo, Yellow Pages, Recommendation, Other (with text box).
• Priority – Level 1 – Urgent, Level 2 – Important, Level 3 – Normal, Level 4 – Unimportant, Level 5 – Wishlist.
• Turnover (dollar amount) – textbox.
• Deadline – Must be completed by with time and date.
