(see attachments)<br/>There are several custom fields needed and possible custom programming.<br/>“Reg_Form.pdf” is how the final registration form should work.<br/>1. Advisor adds there info<br/>2. Then he/she adds all the students<br/>3. Each student will have separate fields<br/>4. A payment "total" will need to be calculated and shown on the receipt but NO processing needs to be done.<br/>5. The record should be visible in the backend as one registration with one receipt.
