Please do not blindly express your interest in this project unless carefully read my requirements and can do all of them. My needs are simple, but are well defined.<br/>I need to rapidly deploy a new Wordpress site (already installed, theme applied &amp; current WP version), and make several programmatic changes. For ease of bidding, let's lock the # of hours for misc development to 2 hours.<br/>Separate from this, I need to support publishing "editions." By this I mean that I publish a new edition 1 time per week, and each edition is a collection of 9 individual articles. You can see an example of this at: http://www.thecareernews.com/newsletter.php?news=1211 . Additionally I want to be able to manually assign each article 1 of the 9 slots in the edition. This should permit me the ability to assign Article A to  Slot #1 of Edition #100 which releases on xx/xx/xx date. I know that there are "edition" plug-ins for WP, but have not used them before.<br/>I also want the ability to have a new WP category such that the user can look up articles by edition # as well as by category.<br/>Please provide a flat rate bid for this specific work as well as a time estimate as to how long it will take you to complete.
