Hello, I am starting a new real estate website and need graphics created for it.<br/>I need:<br/>1.  A logo<br/>2. A word press header<br/>3. A Favacon<br/>I am asking candidates to submit samples design ideas and then I will award the best design the job.  I will give feedback based on designs if they are close but not exactly what I'm looking for.<br/>Here are my design requirements:<br/>1.  This is for a Luxury Real Estate website. The design and elements need to be very luxury and up-scale.  <br/>2.  The Domain name and name for the logo design is:<br/>MarinLuxuryListings.com<br/>3.  Colors:  Use colors from the following 2 websites:<br/>  a.  Use the black, white and grey tones from the logo on this site:   http://www.mcmonigleurban.com/<br/>b.  And incorporate the blues tones found on the background in this site:  http://www.ingstadgroup.com/<br/>4.  To incorporate the look of my geographical area, this is in the San Francisco Bay Area.  What can be found in Marin County:  Golden Gate Bridge, Open spaces, water, ocean, bay, homes on water, redwood trees,  open fields of grass, upscale homes and estates (movie stars live here), hillsides.  However, keep in mind that this is UPSCALE and the golden gate bridge can be overdone in many websites/logos.  So it’s more important to up the upscale, luxury, refined feel if you are going to incorporate  geographical elements.  <br/>I would like to pay a flat-fee for  the design of the logo first, then upon the awarded designer, pay additional for other elements to be designed (word press header, favacon, banner ads, print ads and maybe more)<br/><br/>IMPORTANT PLEASE READ:<br/>If you would like to APPLY for this job do NOT send me your candid response.  I would like to know that you've read my requirements and that you would like to submit designs.  If you have further questions only on the requirements, I will respond.  Otherwise, indicate that you will respond wiht design ideas and I will accept you for an interview.  <br/>Please indicate what your specific questions are if you have them.<br/>Redent update:  2/22/2010<br/>To clarify, I'm am looking for multiple candidates who are wiling to design upfront.  I will give feedback on the designs and then narrow down the candidates and then award the project to the winner.  (like the way that http://www.99designs.com works).<br/>Also, one other note about the design, my preference (again for a LUXURY, up-scale design) is to have very little graphics in the logo, maybe more play on the name itself:<br/>MarinLuxuryListings.com
