<br/>I am looking for a quality coder to create a Side Scan Sonar Application for Windows XP/Vista/7 to playback Multibeam Sonar Files in a Graphical view, live viewing of gps tracks on chart and view Snapshot images from Sonar recordings.<br/><br/><br/>- Import/Export multiple sonar files to user created directories in dedicated MyProject folder in users My Documents<br/><br/>- View sonar and snapshot files in preview format and display file data: time/date, length, #of pings, description, ect<br/><br/>- Ability for user to enter description of imported sonar recordings and snapshots<br/><br/>- Mapping and Waypoint/Track export feature to GPX and CSV formats.<br/><br/>- Ability to create, edit and delete marked waypoints<br/><br/>- View Waypoints in editable list view<br/><br/>- Realtime display of GPS position on BSB, Tiff, or other common raster navigational charts (or possibly Navionics Charts)<br/><br/>- Export and Print JPG images of sonar and mapping views, fullscreen or select box<br/><br/>- Playback features: Waterfall effect of sonar images with Play, pause, fast forward, reverse, fast reverse. User should be able to use a scroll bar to jump to specific point in soanr recording or type in a time in min/sec to goto.<br/><br/>- Display live current sonar data: Speed, depth, Frequency, GPS position, Time/Date.<br/><br/>- "Mosaic" View of Side Scan Sonar data<br/><br/>- Export Mosaic to GeoTiff (possibly export to dispaly in Google Earth)<br/><br/>- Ability to Change Color pallet or create own color pallets for 2d and side imaging views<br/><br/>- Record feature that would allow user to record a segment of an existing recording and export file.<br/><br/>- Measuring tool to measure objects displayed in soanr images<br/><br/>- Multiple single and split-screen Views: 2d sonar, Side Scan Sonar, Down Imaging, Mapping, etc. User should be able to select views from Menu or Press a button to toggle different views that are enabled.<br/><br/>- Zoom feature with moving zoom box<br/><br/>- User settings: default chart folder, chart zoom, gps format, metric/imperial units, default color pallet, and I am sure others I am forgetting!<br/><br/><br/>Coding to be done in VB.Net . I have included a screenshot of similar program that displays the side imaging sonar data only and a "Mosaic" View of Side Scan data.<br/><br/>
