<br/>I need some help with link building for a new site i am developing.<br/><br/><br/>Please use the PMB and let me know how many links you can build over 30 days, your strategy, and the price of your bid.<br/><br/><br/>The site theme is a Central American real estate site which is targeted towards US and Canadian viewers.<br/><br/><br/>PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE POST<br/><br/><br/>RULES<br/><br/><br/>1. The submission of the links should be manual, not with automatic software (e.g., Zeus, Arelis, or others).<br/><br/>5. Each link must be on separate domain (with unique IP address).<br/><br/>6. The page the link is on must not have more than 30 other outgoing links.<br/><br/>7. No links from sites that require ongoing payment. All free links<br/><br/>8. No links from frame, iframe, java script, hidden text or flash sites.<br/><br/>9. The anchor text of the links should not contain rel="nofollow".<br/><br/>10. No excluded sites/pages with robots.txt.<br/><br/>11. No sites banned by Google. No fake PR.<br/><br/>12. The site must be indexed by Google, Bing, and Yahoo and be crawled on a regular basis.<br/><br/>13. link page must be 2 clicks or less from sites home page<br/><br/>14. US/CAN sites Only. English language web sites only.<br/><br/>15. links need to be from domains: .com/.ca/.edu/.gov/.net/.org /.net<br/><br/>16. links must look natural, i.e., should not all be built on the same day etc. They should be added gradually each day.<br/><br/>17. No links from article directories, link farms or classifieds.<br/><br/>18. No blackhat whatsoever<br/><br/>18. Page the links are on should have a Google cache from the last 21 days<br/><br/>19. Will not accept links from: link farms, link-exchange programs, Free For All websites, gambling, pharmacy, illegal, hacker, porn, violent, or hate-based, guest book's, classifieds, dynamic links, spam sites, or generally black hat links<br/><br/>20. link page must be search engine friendly, i.e. no redirects, cloaking, framed pages, etc<br/><br/>21. links must contain the anchor text I provide for you<br/><br/><br/>REPORTS<br/><br/><br/>A report of your progress will be required in an excel file, including the following information at the end of every week:<br/><br/>1. URL link was submitted to<br/><br/>2. Date the link was submitted<br/><br/>3. Date link was accepted<br/><br/>4. Page rank of the which the link is on<br/><br/>5. Anchor text used<br/><br/>6. IP address of linking page<br/><br/><br/>PAYMENT TERMS<br/><br/><br/>1. All payments will be made through SL Escrow ONLY<br/><br/>2. I will give you 10% of your bid up front<br/><br/>3. I will release 20% of the remaining balance each time you reach 25% of volume of links you said you could get.<br/><br/>4. The final 20% will be released 2 weeks after you complete all links to ensure all links are still there.<br/><br/>5.
