Looking to have a system/site developed that does the following:
- Allow users to communicate project updates using a limited number of fields
- Allow users to determine how each of those fields are labeled
- Have multiple user accounts
- Allow primary user to give access to other users while keeping project data confidential from everyone else
- Allow all assigned users to update records as well as view them
- Maintain record of record update history
- Include a mobile app feature for users to view info – iphone, blackberry, droid preferred.
