We want FAQ and Video FAQ. We need the volusion or something like it for communication with prospective customers. We want polls-quizs-chat forums-helpdesks and the ability to offer some type of online traning support like moodle but easy. We want our client to be able to create subsites that they can customized with thier information-logo-address-articles(limited control). We have a partner site for ordering office supplies, that we want wrapped to look like it is part of our site. We are open to anything else that you might think would add content and value for our clients/support. If you look at our site you will that we sell business opportunites/franchises. We need to be very heavy on the sale side and then very good at training and support once we sold the product. The frontend needs to be a slick sale promo. We would like to have the ability to have to helpdesk have some kind of remote desktop control so we can take over thier computer for training.(VNC or RDP). video is important also.<br/>
