We're a small internet start-up with big ideas, and we're looking to add a Ruby on Rails developer to work remotely with our team in Los Angeles. If you're a Ruby on Rails "native speaker", with good skills in Git, Javascript, Cucumber, and RSpec, let's get this conversation started.<br/>The successful candidate will be working remotely with our development team in Los Angeles. We want someone who is self-motivated and can get the job done without being in the office. Availability during 9 -5 PST is preferable but not a necessity. We do want somebody who can check in with us via Skype at least once or twice a day though.
