We are a startup company in the business of education and E-learning. We would like to outsource our flash demos which are designed for educational use for a given subject, for example Microbiology. Most of the demos are 2D but there are some which needs 3D modeling using papervision3d or any other 3d tools. Here are a sample of a typical 2D demo ( http://dl.dropbox.com/u/1068426/Flash%20Files/6_3_PhysicalProperties.html)and a sample of a 3D demos(http://dl.dropbox.com/u/1068426/Flash%20Files/Alkene-3.html). There will be about 10 to 20 demos for each subject and each flash demo consists of 2 or 3 frames typically (it might be occasionally only 1 frame, or sometimes 4 frames or rarely more than 4). Our experience suggests that, once appropriate libraries are created for a subject, it takes about 8-12 hours to make a demo similar to the examples above.

As you see in the above examples, we have a generic template with buttons, layout and graphic consistent throughout all frames and demos. We can forward this template to you and we obviously design and forward to you the content of each demo as well. There is a submit button in each page. The demos must communicate with a server upon "submit" click. This communication library has been created already which I can provide you with and your developer(s) can simply import the library and embed a few fixed lines of code. The two items below the submission indicate that if the answer is correct or wrong, and also if the server has received the answer or not (data lost) We already made the libraries which make those tasks very straightforward to implement in each frame. We require the swf files will not be too big (~ 200k max) and that the rendering of objects specially in 3D does not consume too much cpu and slow down an average PC. (must be able to run a couple of 3D demos smoothly at the same time on an average netbook cpu). The above requirement are not too tough and we expect they are normally met if your developers have decent experience with programming and 3d rendering.

Please bide how much PER DEMO you will charge to make demos in introductory microbiology (we provide the design and content) with the average 3 frames on each demo.
