<br/> This will be a collage of logos - see example uploaded.<br/>Each logo will animate to:<br/>1) revolve, to show a message on the reverse and return to show the logo, or<br/>2) expand, to enlarge the logo to grab attention and then return to normal size, or<br/>3) spin, to grab attention and then return to normal orientation starting point, or<br/>4) combine any of the options above<br/>5) specify if an animation should loop and for how many repetitions<br/>6) specify if the complete collage of logos loops and for how many repetitions or continuously<br/>Ideally the Flash needs to be managed by the user using a control specification so that they can:<br/>a) upload a logo<br/>b) specify the animation and controls (1-6 above) - or combinations of these options, e.g. 3 &amp; 4 and the order that combined animations are operated<br/>c) specify the sequence the logos are animated<br/>d) specify the orientation e.g. 45 degrees from horizontal etc<br/>e) delete logos (this could simply be that the user deleted a logo from a defined web folder and the Flash recognises only those images in the folder or those images specified in the control specification.<br/>Image loaded with this is a collage created by the client using a web creation website.<br/>Project title shows Flash animation, but if you can develop using something else and achieve the same in the price bracket then I am open to suggestions.<br/>
