We want to build an online community based website that will be geared towards musicians. There will be two types of registrations, student and teacher.  These two accounts will have similar computer functions however different user purposes.   Users should be able to post videos both publicly and privately as well be able to receive video comments both privately and publically.  We would like to have a private internal messaging system for users, PayPal integration. Overall the concept is similar to that of YouTube with additional features.  The design must be unique and custom made. We are looking for serious individuals with past reliable experience.  We are looking for the project to be finished within 4-5 weeks.
