<span>We are a very small ecommerce retail site in need of customer service rep.<br /><br />To date we have been handling customer service via email and we would now like to expand for someone to handle:<br /><br />- Incoming phone calls during business hours (and returning calls from after hours voicemail) (flexible)<br />- Online Chat during business hours (preferred)<br />- Monitor and respond to customer service emails<br />- Communicate with operations and office manager as needed<br /><br />We are a very small store and have a very low volume, maybe 2-3 calls per day and maybe 1-2 emails per day checking status of orders or etc.<br /><br />As a result of our low volume we are looking for someone who could charge us in blocks of 10 or 15 minutes or per incident (call/email/chat) vs. the time to wait for a call/chat.<br /><br />Must have previous online customer experience. Should have access to full internet connection AND a land line to receive calls (not a voip connection).<br /><br />Should be familiar in general with computer hardware and consumer electronics.<br /><br />Please provide your proposed rates/fees.</span>
