<br />Funcitonal updates to online application - ASP.NET 2.0, C#, SQL Server 2000, Telerik RAD Controls

<br />This project relates to the following online application:

<br />You will need to login to this application with the following info to see it in action and get a feel for the changes that need to be made:

<br />Telerik RAD Controls are used heavily throughout this applicaiton so you will need to have experience with those.
<br />
<br />I will provide both the source and database via FTP for you to download and work in your own environment. You will then upload your changes which will be running in a sub-domain of onlinefitnesslog.com. You will need to provide a change document that lists all pages that have been modified along with any SQL scripts to update the database as necessary.
<br />
<br />It is important for you to follow the code structure as well as the design that are already in place for the application.
<br />
<br />This application runs on Windows 2000 Server, IIS 6.0, .NET 2.0, SQL Server 2000, and is written in C#.
<br />
<br />The new functionality requested is as follows:
