我想做一个iphone手机试纸条图像识别应用。详细需求如下：

1,试纸条有9个左右方块，方块和方块之间有足够的空隙。长条形试纸条。每个小方块的材质为类似织布。

2,要求能在不同光线线，做图像识别。试纸上有用于做校验的标准颜色块。
3,需要识别每个小方块的颜色。
4,界面简单就好。
5,需要每个阶段都提供完整的source code。
6,做图像识别建议使用openCV。
7,为了提高识别率，建议使用AV Foundation Framework来捕捉video,在其中找到最适合识别的图像。而不是单一的用camera拍照一幅图，来做识别。

在确认具有足够的技术实力来实现后，会提供更详细的spec。同时可以及时反馈和跟踪项目。

交付需求：
需要12月初，最迟12月底完成项目全部。请您在竞标时提供具体的实现方案和报价，以便具体沟通。

Need one iPhone application for test strips color recognition. The rough requirements is as follows:

1, There are around 9 blocks of test area with different colors, and also there is some blocks for color adjusting.

2, Need colors of test strips could be recognized in different light conditions with utilization of the color adjusting area in the test strips. Details will be explained later separately only for candidates of developers for this project.

3, Need the colors of each area in the test strips could be recognized.

4, Simple and standard UI is enough for the iPhone application.

5, Need provide full source code for each milestone.

6,Advise use openCV as the image recognition engine

7, To improve the precise of color recognition, advise use AV Foundation Framework of iOS to capture the frames in realtime and to find one best frame for color recognition instead of just getting one frame from taking picture function.

More detailed spec is also available for developer candidates of this project. And could communicate with the developer in Chinese and English via skype in time.
