I am looking to create an Ipad / Iphone application similar to the apps below.

I have a very detailed Excel file that I have been using to do the analysis and wanted to integrate this into an app. I have looked at these other apps that are currently available and don't think the look and feel along with the functionality is where it needs to be. Also there is some additional functionality that I would like to integrate. The best example of the type of application that I am looking for built from my excel file would be the following app:

I think there is multiple routes we can go with this such as utilizing Java script or other methods. Ultimately it would be nice to be able to introduce this on Android as well and not having to do a lot of major reprogramming would be nice. We can discuss the best approach for this application.

Some more information about the excel file. It has several tabs with the first being the tab where most of the information is entered and then other tabs include all of the calculations and results. Unlike some of the other apps my calculations go out 40 years.

Also, some other things we can discuss about including are Charts or graphs of some of the data and also the ability to email the analysis in pdf format to someone.

I have attached a sample excel file to give you and idea of what type of information I am talking about. This is not the excel file that will be used for the project, but it does allow you to understand the information better.
