we need a simple application, that takes pictures with the built in camera and uploads these to a webserver. This is not going to be released, we need this more to testdrive services on our server.

Pictures should be small (like 384x288).
Exif should contain: GPS Data, landscape or portrait, timestamp.
Transmisson of pictures should work using either http or ftp (whatever is easier), in one single folder on the server.

Idealy a simple dialog inside the applications allows to adjust the delay between the pictures. The series should be taken as long as a button is pressed (or a second push of a button is needed).

We think that such a clickdummy is one of the simplest way to explain
you, what we want to have and how exactly the flows in our application
should work.

As stated in our initial description, this is a first step and will
NOT be released within iTunes App store. Our goal is to evaluate the
upload process of the pictures.

This means, that we will come up with a follow up project shortly,
once we adjusted our webservices to the first release of the iPhone
Software.
