<br />I need a social networking site developed. The attached spreadsheet will give the required functionality (but additional suggestions can be made). Further details can be made available when a signed NDA has been sent back to me.<br /><br />This is a brand new site but I have had the graphics work done - again the mockup can be available after NDA. No content will be required.<br /><br />The solutions should run on a linux/unix platform but need not be limited to Drupal/Joomla as all solutions will be considered.<br /><br />I am looking for experience in developing similar solutions.<br />I will want to see reference sites that have been developed using the same or similar technology.<br /><br />I will want the basics of the site to be available 3 weeks after start of the project, which will be within 7 days of the close of bidding.<br /><br />You will also be required to provide support services and can quote for either an ongoing contract or on a time basis. Please provide details of working hours/response times etc.
