Here is another project proposal that we have.

It is basically like a phone book that will be able to store phone numbers and access codes for specific hospitals. Here is the data we will be storing.

Hospitals:
Name

Hospitals will have access codes and phone numbers. So each access code / phone number should have a foreign key that points back to a specific hospital.

Access Codes:
Name
Access Code
Floor/Wing
Room Number
Notes

Phone Numbers:
Name
Number
Floor/Wing
Room Number
Notes

All of these fields should be editable in the add/edit page. They will all be a single textbox except for "Notes" that should be multi-line.

Application Flow:

The very first time a user starts the application it should go straight to the Hospitals page. There should already be 2 default hospitals there, (hospital 1 and hospital 2). They should be able to click the edit button to edit the names of them, or they can click the add button to add a new hospital. (Add Hospital and Edit Hospital should be 2 separate pages. Not Add/Edit Hospital like in the diagram)

Once they click on a hospital they should go directly to the Access Codes for that hospital. Whenever they go back into the application after the first time it should default to the "Access Codes" page for the last hospital they were on.

Also in the "Access Codes" and the "Phone Numbers" section there should be a Search box at the top where the user can search based on the "Name". If they click on a code or number it should go into the "Edit" page where the information will show and the user can edit the info.

Most of the app should be pretty straight forward if you look at the attached wireframe. Please let me know if you don't understand anything or any of it is confusing.
