How the work is done
All development is done in our Offshore development center. This does not impact customer relations at all, as our architects/business analysts can change their schedules for any meetings/workshops. Voice/Communications will be through IM clients (Yahoo, Skype or MSN), email or telephonic conversations where necessary. We can suggest a development methodology (e.g. Waterfall, Agile etc) initially by analysing your requirements. If time is of essence, we can tailor the methodology to get better/faster feedback from the client. The important thing to note is that there will never be a big bang approach, and the focus is on getting a working prototype out the door sooner rather than later.
