We are looking to redesign an exisint site based on the xcart shopping cart platform. 

We would need to make a new "skin" for the site. The skins are coded in Smarty.

Looking for a long term relationship to make changes and enhancements on a regular basis for A/B testing.

All graphics will be provided by us. Any graphic suggestions or needs can be sent to us, and we will send back the files to you.

Big plus for SVN.
