We have been trying to get our flagship site done for 3 months and have been cheated badly by the company that was responsible for it. We have decided to stick to a wordpress based platform and here are our terms:

1. Logo Design & Complete template design (including 3D cube, navigation, inside pages etc.)
--payment will be released once complete , BUT we want to see the 3D cube functioning including its design so we don't go back and forth with its design (15%)

2. Coding (seo standard validation) xhtml/css
--payment will be released once we interact with the design on your servers or some development environment, at no point will our current site be taken down (25%)

3. Integrating into our account, and transfering data from existing site and adding major functionality as needed
--at this point the website will be complete and functional including RSS feed and any other major website function (30%)

4. Video story boarding, so we have an idea what you will make - and this will save you time as well
--payment will be released when approved (5%)

5. Video completion and integration onto website
--payment will be released when complete (15%)

6. Handover of all source files/images including editable versions of graphics and videos
--payment will be released (10%)

In addition we would like to know:

1. How many designs would you provide before we agree on 1?
2. Would you provide unlimited revisions until we are satisfied and start coding the design?
3. When can we expect the designs to be finished and the overall project complete?
4. When would you work on the video? (keep in mind this is not the same as the 3D cube)
5. What support will you provide once the project is complete and site is live on an ongoing basis?

Based on these and the PDF ABSEM_Website_Requirements, kindly give us a final quote. Please keep in mind this is for 1 website only.
