I need a iPhone application built that will provide some of the basic features of the Livezilla client windows application (found at http://www.livezilla.net ). 

The application should connect to a livezilla server and perform the following function:

- Provide an audible and visual alert to the user when a visitor initiates a chat and allow chatting between the user and the web site visitors.

This app must work when iPhone is on stand by mode, like native iPhone SMS app that provide audible and visual alert when some message arrive.
