I need to have a small (24mm diameter) double sided PCB (all SMD components) Microcontroller based Constant current boost regulator circuit designed utilizing high quality components. This also includes a microprocessor which needs to have the firmware programmed to my specifications. Product should be supplied ready for manufacture (Including BOM, Silkscreen, PCB files, source code and full documentation)

Here are some rough specifications

Integrated menu system to configure functions utilizing time sensitive switch input i.e. ‘Clicking’ (<0.3s and release) increases brightness, ‘Pressing’ (>0.3 press and hold) decreases brightness

Software configurable (Hardcoded or UI controlled) current limit: 350/500/700/1000/1200 or 1500mA (350mA default)

Software configurable (Hardcoded or UI controlled) input voltage trip points (Medium, Low and Cutoff) with integrated SMD status led flashing in various configurations to warn of each state (i.e. red, orange and green SMD LED's)

Provision for external status led mounting with on board resistors.

Provision for external momentary switch (including an on-board pull up resistor to mount switch at a distance)

Configurable temperature monitoring of driver board, forcing current to reduce if tripped.  (50, 60, 70, 80, 90C or off)

Provision for in circuit firmware reprogramming; integrated boot loader and connection points.

Provision for a master/slave mode where one driver controls and manages others 

Provision for USB or serial based communication; Configuring advanced functions or modes.

Software configurable (Hardcoded or UI controlled) Configurable output levels with two modes, Dual and Multi mode.

‘Dual mode’ – Where two output modes are user configured to alternate between in any configuration (i.e. High/Low, Low/Flash etc…)

 ‘Multi mode’ – Where five fixed output modes are selected in an increasing scale. (Default mode)

User configuration options and brightness stored in non-volatile EEPROM.

Draws < 40uA when in 'sleep mode' 

Driving efficiency of >85%

Capable of driving up to 30v of series connected LEDs and operates from 2.5V to 20V 

Open circuit protected.

Reverse polarity protection.

Has mounting pad on one side for connection to a heat sink.
