I need a blogging script with following features.

* Supports Multi-user, Multi-blog
* Url must be a subdomain (Ex: http://my-blog.domain.com)
* Users can choose a template (design, color or manual html)
* Users can add gadgets (like pre-defined scripts (js or html or whatever we add from admin) or manual codes by user)
* Visitors can add comments
* Blogger can approve comments manually or automatically or disable commenting
* Statistics like reads, visits, pageviews, most read topic etc.
* Administration Panel to control all
* other features like Blogger.com or more
