This project is like sitepal, with basic features.

We need someone to create "five animated flash characters" that can be used as talking heads.
(preferably 2 females and 3 males)

The project is to create a web based software that will have five talking heads that
will read out the text entered into a box.

** You must use windows default "text to speech" engines - multiple voices.

The user must be able to:

1) Select the animated characters
2) Then select the voice
3) Click preview where the video will display with the selected talking head
reading the text entered into the box with the voice selected.
4) Then the user must be able to save the video file to desktop
(flv or mpg or one of the other popular formats)
