I am desperately seeking to get designed a image upload form integrated onto my new website, I am currently working on the html code myself for the design of the website but I am unable to design the order form that I need.

We are a personised digital printers and would like a form to be setup so a customer can either select an image from our gallery of images or choose to upload there own for which a preview of the image is displayed. they then have the option to choose the size they require and any further adjustments they want done and to add there details. Then they are forwarded to a payment page (paypal) and directed back ot a thankyou page once completed. This would then be emailed to us ideally using magento shopping cart.

We would be happy to pay good money to match the finish on the above address. This would have to be integrated into our website for which I would supply you with the files. We currently already have an image upload form on our current website but this has been created by myself in phpformgenerator and is only simple.

Ideally I would like the form integrated with either oscommerce or preferably magento shopping cart so that we can access the backend admin to look after all invoices and orders.

We are working on our new website now so the sooner we can get this form designed and integrated into our new website the better as we need to get this live.
