-Should have exact functions but NOT an exact copy of layout.

-Let me know if you will use an existing or commercial script. I am open to wordpress, joomla, drupal etc.

-Must be able to install this on multiple domains as needed.

-The admin panel must be EASY to use, for people that have no programming or website experience.

-The user will not have access to FTP. (example, images for ads need to be uploaded from the admin panel ("Browse for image to upload"))

Basic requirements for Admin Panel:
* Control Advertisements
* Edit Basic Pages
* Upload Event Photo Albums
* Monitor Businesses profiles and postings - Edit & Delete

-I will provide colors, images and graphics for you to use after you provide me with dimensions.

My Pay Requirements:
- 20% payment at the beginning - paid into escrow - released after I saw a working software with the core features
- 30% payment after I released the 20% - paid into escrow - released after I see 100% working software with finished layout (at your webspace if needed)
- 50% payment after I released the 30% - paid into escrow - released after I demo for 5 days on my domain
