Site Specification

- Use open source system for CMS such as Joomla, Drupal, etc.
- Low page download time
- Clean code: HTML, PHP, MySQL, CSS, Javascript & other programming languages used
- Clean & simple interface that looks the same in Internet Explorer & Firefox
- Layout of web pages should conform to WCCOP_Front.jpg enclosed
- Site's primary colors are to be green, blue, & white
- Admin page to allow for maintenance of the site's contents
- Database of the provided requires the following:
+ Agency's name (clicking on the name opens external in new window)
+ Agency summary (brief description of agency's services)
+ Contact Info
- Street & mailing address
- Phone (fax & voice)
- Email (click to send email)
- URL (clicking displayed address opens external site in the body of the page)
+ Hours
+ Bus Lines (each bus line links to it's actual schedule)
- Look modern such as Web 2.0
- Will supply all of the content for MySQL database
- Will provide logos & media

Qualifications necessary to be considered:

- Team consisting of at least 2 coders & 2 designers
- Specialize in building complete website from start to finish
- Cost efficient
- On time delivery
- Excellent written communication in English is mandatory
- Must include 3 links to websites designed
- Full transparent explanation of what would be done & how fast
- Firm turnaround & delivery date
- Don't have to be a professional, but must work professionally

The workflow will be as follows:
- Pitch for job includes examples or samples, cost & timeline
- Best proposal & quote wins the job
- Full detailed scope provided as well as content to be added provided
- Design draft 3 mock up styles for client approval
- Client feedback - final sign off required
- Website built with full designing & coding work
- Final review & changes
- Beta testing
- Site launch
- Delivery of ALL files including manual, codes & media
