I need 3 websites to be designed with the same joomla backend for all 3 websites that are dealing with furniture. We will provide you with the logos and content for all 3 websites. You will be doing up the design and the common backend structure that will be powering all 3 websites.

Here are the requirements for the 3 websites.

1) Biz Type: B2C - Furniture Retailer (To consumers)
Mockup have already been done by our previous designer. I want the design to be re-integrated to the joomla interface. There might be some redesigning work to be done on the mockup to fit into the joomla framework. The look that we wanted is: contemporary yet professional and most importantly interactive for visitors. Plus, I will need a space in the home page for promotions, especially seasonal promotions. 2) Biz Type: B2B - Furniture Wholesaler (To other furniture retailers)
Need to design a website with a professional feel of a furniture wholesaler.

3) Biz Type: B2B - Furniture Retailer (To hotels/offices, etc)
Need to design a website. The look that we want is: professional and modern.

Backend Features

* Backend is the same for all the 3 websites.
* Everything will need to have a user friendly interface for staff login to use the features.
* Needs to be in Joomla platform.

* Requirements for backend: customer login, staff login, adjustment on price, shopping cart with ecommerce feature that can be integrated in the future, shopping cart need to display furniture products photos with product tags and prices in the future.
* I will need different security settings for the different accounts, for example, administrators, customers, HR staff, Sales staff, Accounts staff, etc. So I need a feature that can set this kind of authorization.
* Either customer can register for an account online or the staff can assign an account for the customer. The customer account is the profile of the customer with details of his business contacts, etc.
* Before customer login, furniture gallery/shopping cart can only show a general catalog of furniture for the public. Once login, customer can get different catalog that is available to them via staff allocation of the furniture catalogs to customer. There can be many different catalog that is available in the backend but some customers can view these particular Set A of furniture then some only can view Set B of furniture. Staff will need to access a user friendly interface to manage which customer can view which set of furniture
* Both mass and individual upload of products photos with tagging that includes name, price, code
* Reporting of all the invoices, transactions and product sales have to be able to be filtered using search query, selected online and printed out
* Reporting on which customer does the most sales with the business is required, and the ability to create filters for the different types of report structure like for example, report on the sales for this month, or sales on this week, and by which sales agent, etc
* Email communication feature with customer also needed, especially those top customers whose report generated and need to be able to do email blasting to the customer list
* Everything will have to be user friendly, both for the customer and also the staff for constant updates, tallying of sales transactions, etc
* I need to integrate Google Analytics for tracking purposes.
* I need to integrate Google Adwords tracking codes in the future for tracking purposes.
* You can also recommend existing relevant market products components that can be modified to suit our requirements.


Basically, the structure will be following like http://www.directlowcost.com/ and also using http://www.salesforce.com platform for the backend marketing in terms of email marketing to its customers. So these 2 websites are for reference. Therefore, we want 3 websites but powered by the same common backend CRM system.

All the websites mockup will have to be up ASAP within 3 days, especially the the first website with existing mockup.
