I need a qualified developer with experience in PHP, Jommla, MySqL, SMS integration and E-Commerce development. Anyone with negative feedback will not be considered, Gold members with 5+ years experience preferred.

I need a site developed that allows the following:

-Paid and non-pay member registration/log in
-Content management of entire website by my designated employees
-Specific areas of content management controlled by paid members in which content can be added via text insertion, pdf, JPEG or similiar file types
-I need e-commerce for monthly payments received from paid members
-Advertising space for companies who are affiliated to my base theme for this website
-I need search selection to be accessed by non-paying members to find paying members
-SMS integration and E-commerce for donations and payments
-Each paid member will need to have his account associated to e-commerce software in which donations are exported to their perspective account, with the actual transaction handled by my staff
-Front end work to make the website appetizing and appealing
-Integrate new or existing Joomla module for Iphone/Ipad application as well as an Android app to follow shortly after. (Please seperate app cost from initial site development)
-Integrate member information to google maps or similiar database

There are other specifics that will discussed at a later time, also a non-disclosure statement will need to be signed before any further details will be released to any potential bidders. This project will need to be completed and tested within two months which is more than enough time for this type of project.
