I require a very sleek visual web 2.0 page template relating to the take away industry, i.e curry, pizza, Chinese etc. I have developed the site in PHP and competent at integrating the site however my design skills are not strong enough, I will require the site in html/css format.

It will comprise of two parts, a index page, and another page template that can be used for pages such as terms and conditions, contact, reviews.

Please PM for a more detailed explanation, but the index page is to have a central bubble/cloud or similar that will contain a form that is the main point of the site, somewhere on the page there will need to be a 'how it works' cloud/box/bubble with 3 stages. Also a few links such as reviews, contact which will use the second page template. I would like it to be very impressive to look at, with high quality images of curry's, maybe a pizza slice, a bit of Chinese in the background, the web 2.0 feel... and I will also require the logo designing.
