I am looking for an artist with Illustration, Graphic Design, Logo Design, and Cartooning skills to use their creative eye to design a beer bottle label. First, let it be said that I am an avid Homebrewer with a dream of opening a BrewPub in the future. I have spent many hours trying to visualize the label design for my first homebrew but have fallen short. From concept to completion, I ask that you use your imagination on this project. The company name has been decided upon but due to the lack of trademark, I will only communicate the name with the winning bidder. The intention is to portray an off-centered, wacky, and individualistic ideal to the art of brewing. An important differentiation which I intend to make is that I use only the finest and freshest ingredients. This means that corn and rice will never be used in the brew process to reduce costs, a tactic employed by the big commercial breweries. Instead, I will focus on unique and high-quality ingredients in producing a beer that is meant to be enjoyed with friends and paired with one's favorite foods. At this time, I am also looking for a company logo but this is not the primary focus of this project. Based on the results of this project, I will determine if I should move forward with you to design a logo. The first brew has been given a name, but once again I will only communicate that with the winning bidder. It is an India Pale Ale made with three different types of spicy and piney hops and dry-hopped during fermentation to add aroma. In the label design, I would like to incorporate a cartoon or vector depiction of a known character surrounded by fresh hop vines, wheat, and barley. As a sort of incentive, if I am happy with your work I will surely be working with you to design more labels in the future as different styles are brewed. Cheers!
