Targeted Status Updates: Modification for SE v4.

3 User Types (User 1, User 2, User 3). Status updates for User 2 and User 3 perform per Social Engine v4 functionality

User 1 can direct status update to: (1) All User 2 and User 3 members or (2) User 2 and User 3 members that are User 1逞ｴ friends. Further, by means of a dropdown, User 1 would be able to select between approx. 20 to 30 categories to further direct search to those User 2 and User 3 members that have selected the chosen category in their profile.

We will need help with the functionality as well as incorporating it in a clear way into the UI.

Developer will need to have had extensive work customizing the Social Engine script and be able to provide examples of similar SE work performed.
